Inaibridge-Lumina Workflows

Inaibridge-Lumina is the suite of ready-to-run workflows that ships with InaiBridge. They are seeded into your organization, so there is nothing to build before you get value — connect a source and run one.

Each Lumina workflow ends the same way: with a proposal for a human, not an automatic change to your record. That is the shape of the whole suite — the engine does the reading and the reasoning, and a person decides.

What ships

Ingest Project Source

Pulls a connected source into InaiBridge's canonical record, ready for everything else to reason over. See Connecting your data.

Inaibridge-Lumina Risk Assessment

Reads what has actually moved in your connected data and assesses whether it amounts to a risk. What it produces is a Suggested risk carrying its severity, its root cause, and the field-level movement that triggered it — which arrives in the Inbox for sign-off. It does not enter your risk register until a person confirms it.

Inaibridge-Lumina Governance Review

Evaluates your programs against the governance controls your organization has put in force. A candidate breach is judged against the control's own written criteria before it is raised, and what survives arrives in the Inbox as a Suggested finding for a human to confirm or dismiss.

Where the engine has the facts and the control holds, that is recorded as a result in its own right. Where no active control covers a program, that is recorded as not assessed — which is not the same as clean.

Inaibridge-Lumina Lessons Capture

Draws lessons from how work actually ended, so a future program can be judged against precedent rather than in isolation. Proposed lessons are confirmed by a person before they inform anything.

Inaibridge-Lumina Close-out

Asks whether a completed item genuinely completed — as opposed to being de-scoped, handed off, abandoned, or slipped and closed anyway. It reports what the record shows and what it could not establish.

:::note What close-out does not claim A close-out record is about one work item. It says nothing about whether the programme that item belongs to is finished — and programme completion is not assessed anywhere in InaiBridge, because the closure date and completion criteria that would be needed to judge it are not tracked. "All its items reached done" and "the programme is complete" are different claims, and only the first is in the record. :::

Running one

The Lumina workflows are seeded into your organization and are ready to run as soon as your data is connected. You can watch a run, and read how it reasoned, in the Customer app.

:::note Roadmap Publishing your own workflows as reusable templates for your organization is on the roadmap. Today the shipped Lumina workflows are what is available. :::

Where the decisions land

Every Lumina workflow's output is a proposal, and every proposal is decided in the Inbox — each in its own queue, each decision individual and recorded. The Customer app shows you what is waiting and takes you to the run behind it.
